We accept all Medicaid & Medicare and most private insurance plans. Our dental division accepts all Medicaid and managed care plans. If your insurance is listed, you will only be responsible for any copay or deductible required.
We strongly recommend calling ahead to make an appointment. You can schedule a visit Rambam Family Health days, weeks or months in advance. Our appointment times fill quickly so it is best to call as early in the day as possible to ensure same-day visits. Walk-ins will be welcomed and offered the next available time slot which can vary during the time of day/year.
We understand there may be a time where you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If this happens, we just ask that you do so in a timely manner so that we may be able to not only accommodate you, but also the other patients we serve here at Rambam Family Health.To cancel or reschedule your appointment just call our office at 718-942-3888.
If you are late, we will do our best accommodate you into the schedule, but, out of consideration to other patients, if you are more than 10 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment so that you can complete any necessary paperwork.
