• Medical Forms: Paperwork is part of life and is required for school, camp and some other programs your children may attend. We will assist you with the prompt completion of these forms.
• Referrals: Rambam Pediatrics has a network of trusted pediatric specialists to whom we can refer you if your children require specialized care not provided at Rambam Family Health. We collaborate closely with these specialists to ensure that your children receive the best possible care and that all records and treatment are coordinated.
• Integrated Specialty Care: Rambam Family Health is proud to be a NYS Healthy Steps site. This program is designed to help young children (age 0-3) and their families in a pediatric healthcare setting at a critical time in children’s brain development. The Rambam Family Health team focuses on children’s developmental, social-emotional, and behavioral health, and supports the family. For pediatric patients of all ages, the pediatric department can integrate with specialty care departments – such as dentistry, vision and behavioral health – so that all of your children’s healthcare needs are met.
